How We Deliver Sessions Remote Sessions - technology that actually works
After 8 years of remote training, we've learned what matters: reliable internet, up-to-date equipment, and having backup plans. We provide technical guidance for using the tools (though we're trainers, not IT support).
Sessions can be recorded on Teams or Google Meet when you request it - because sometimes you need to revisit that "aha!" moment later.
Distraction management isn't an add-on - it's woven into how we work, because we know how brains actually function in digital spaces.
Face-to-Face Sessions in Cambridgeshire
Real meetings, real impact. Available throughout Cambridgeshire with transparent travel costs based on mileage and time.
Minimum 1-hour sessions (anything shorter isn't worth the journey for either of us)
Longer 2-3 hour sessions available with strategic breaks built in
Travel costs discussed upfront - no surprises
Session Recordings
Available when you request them - these help tackle the need to take detailed notes during sessions, so you can focus on actually learning rather than worrying about remembering everything.
No pressure to watch them - recordings are there as a safety net for your workflow, not another task to add to your list. Many clients find just knowing they exist removes the anxiety about needing to remember every detail.
Your consent required before we record anything Securely stored and accessible only to you Automatically deleted after our agreed retention period
Think of recordings as a habit change tool - instead of frantically note-taking, you can be present in the session and adapt your workflow knowing the information is captured if you need it later.
